In November 2024, Kyiv's Pechersk District Court ruled in favor of a U.S. citizen and awarded $4,490 under a service contract.

On September 27, 2024, ₴130,000 was recovered as compensation for damages caused by the flooding of an apartment. Achieving this outcome required two years of litigation and enforcement proceedings. Only after the police, a locksmith, and a private bailiff appeared at the debtor’s door was the matter finally resolved.

In March 2024, the Kyiv Court of Appeal fully satisfied the claim, ordering the defendants to pay 78,500 UAH in damages, 3,000 UAH in appraisal costs, and 10,000 UAH in legal fees. This decision was a significant victory for our legal team and a confirmation of the plaintiff's rightful demands.
