Manages Disputes, oversees, and aids clients in both trial and alternative resolution of commercial, civil, and administrative disputes, as well as in criminal and enforcement proceedings.
Dmytro has succeeded in alternative dispute resolution concerning wage payments, termination of parental rights, dismissal of criminal charges, and more.
He possesses negotiation skills in the Harvard format and provides counsel on business processes.
Following his graduation from the Economic and Law Faculty of Odessa National I.I. Mechnikov University in 2009, he held positions in the state enforcement service, law firm, commercial bank, local government body, and agricultural enterprise.
Since 2016, Dmytro has been practicing law independently, culminating in the establishment of the "Disputes" law firm in 2018.
He is fluent in Ukrainian and English and studying French and Japanese.
