Prior to his legal practice, Ruslan worked in prosecutorial bodies, which gives him a deep understanding of how the prosecution's position is built — and allows him to structure the defense with that logic in mind before a case gains momentum. This background is the foundation for developing unconventional defense strategies and effectively countering unlawful pressure from state institutions.

Since 2021, he has maintained an active legal practice focused on criminal defense, property relations, urban planning and construction matters. A separate area of his work is advising businesses on minimizing legal risks — particularly in situations with a potential criminal law dimension.

Olga Honcharuk began her professional journey at the law firm "Disputes," where she completed a specialized internship during her fourth year of law school.

Throughout her internship, she proved herself to be a responsible and disciplined employee, capable of effectively resolving complex legal issues by applying her solid theoretical knowledge and understanding of current legislation.

Bogdan serves as our local representative for business liquidations, client representation in Odesa, and assists clients interested in business and real estate investments in the Odesa region.

Bogdan has been practicing law since 2014 and operates in Odesa under Certificate of Right to Practice Law No. 002614, issued on April 22, 2014. He holds a Ph.D. in Law and serves as a lecturer at Odesa National I.I. Mechnikov University. As a long-standing partner of Disputes Law Firm, he combines academic expertise with practical legal experience.
