Yes, we assist international students in obtaining their Transcripts of Records or Academic Transcripts from nearly every university in Ukraine. We have already successfully received ToRs from various medical schools such as Kharkiv, Kyiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, and Lviv.

First, we will reach out to the university to inquire about the transcript acquisition process and determine the most suitable date. Next, the student will submit an application for expulsion from the university (if not completed before).

Once the expulsion is finalized, the university will issue the Transcript of Records.

We will then visit the university to complete the necessary formalities and obtain the transcripts.

It's important to note that if the student has any outstanding debts with the university, such as for books, dormitory, or tuition fees, they will need to settle those in full.

In order to obtain the transcript, we will require the following original documents from you:

1. Temporary Residence Permit Card (TRC)

2. Document verifying your registered residential address

3. Student ID card

4. Marks book

5. The original Power of Attorney, along with a notarized translation.

We will provide you with the drafted text and instructions on how to proceed with the Power of Attorney in your country.

To ensure proper self-expulsion from the school, it is essential that you submit an application. This requirement is non-negotiable, and there are no alternative methods to proceed.

Here are the estimated timeframes for various transcript-related processes:

1. Drafting the Power of Attorney for a Student: 1 day.

2. Shipping original documents to Ukraine: 1-4 weeks, depending on the country.

3. University expulsion process and issuance of the expulsion order: 1-2 weeks.

4. University's timeline for drafting a Transcript of Records: 1-2 weeks from the date of application or the same date as the expulsion order.

5. Finalizing formalities, including paying debts, returning books, canceling residence, and obtaining the transcript and original documents for the student: 2-4 days.

6. Shipping the documents to the student: 1-4 weeks, depending on the country.

Our fee structure is as follows:

Kyiv Schools: 350 Euros

Schools in "Dangerous cities" (Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro): 650 Euros

Schools in "Safe cities" (Western and some cities of Southern Ukraine, Kyiv, and others where shelling is not a daily occurrence): 500 Euros.

Our fee doesn't include shipping of the documents outside of Ukraine, paying the debts for books (if any), dormitory, tuition, translations etc.
