At the end of 2024, the managing partner of the Disputes Law Firm, Dmytro Chuguienko, received national recognition. He was included in the "Client's Choice: TOP-100 Lawyers of Ukraine 2025" ranking in the categories of family law and immigration law. This success is particularly significant as it was our first submission to the ranking – and we achieved immediate results!

2024 became a year of major changes and new approaches. Our team implemented a series of reforms:

• Implemented a CRM system for efficient process management.
• Reorganized financial accounting and planning.
• Conducted a personnel reform: developed clear job descriptions, redistributed responsibilities, and increased employee salaries.
• Updated approaches to advertising and client acquisition.
• Developed a strategic plan for 2025 based on realistic yet ambitious goals.

Personally, as the managing partner, this year was transformative. I took my first steps in public relations and PR. Realizing that growth is limited without these tools became decisive. It was time for change – and we succeeded.
